Program Description:
Regardless of your title and position, change is rarely comfortable. Rapid change and transition have created unique dynamics in organizations. Leaders attending this session will discover key objectives for recognizing change and leading people through uncertain and complex seasons. While change is often viewed as a “monster,” insight will be provided to assist in navigating the various phases of change.
Presenter Information:
Joining the Human Resources team with University of Missouri System, John serves a HR Consultant. As part of the Careers and Culture team, He supports faculty, staff, management and leaders in fostering high performance and finding fulfillment in their careers. Areas of emphasis for the Careers and Culture team include talent acquisition, training & development, performance management and retention strategies.
Prior to serving with UM System, John was the Director of Human Resources for Preferred Family Healthcare, located in Kirksville, MO.
