    Program Description:

Generational Differences often appear to be filled with gaps that cause drama, dysfunction and divisions within the workplace.  For the first time in American history, there are four generations in the workplace simultaneously.  Bridging Generational Gaps will assist you in identifying similarities between generations, and not only focus on the distinct differences.  Not only will differences between the generations be considered, but avenues to strengthen and solidify the bond between generations will be presented.
