    A local company is looking for someone with a strong foundation of HR experience with 3-8+ years of experience.  Manufacturing or Labor relations experience is an added plus but not required. 

    Position Responsibility:

    This position will manage/ administrate the employee uniform program, Facilitate and participate in grievance procedures, contract tending, contract negotiations and arbitration hearings.  This position will coordinate the employee recruitment effort.  Develop and Facilitate communication programs to increase employee knowledge and awareness. Implement and administer programs designed to keep facilities within compliance of Federal, State and Local requirements.  

    •  Responsible for contract tending, grievance procedures, negotiations and arbitration hearings.
    • Will manage/ administrate the employee uniform program.
    • Responsible for administration of EEOC/ AAP.
    • Coordinates the new employee recruitment effort.
    • Is responsible for Developing/ Managing/ Administrating employee communication programs.
    • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
