Program Description:
The special 2-hour seminar will explain the Division of Employment Security, participation in the UI process, how to file an appeal, hearing procedures and discuss specific examples of UI cases with employers. We will also discuss recent decisions by the Court, work through appeals procedures and how to advance an appeal further to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and/or the Missouri Court of Appeals. HR professionals, small business owners, and anyone in an employer role responding to unemployment claims should attend this very informative session.
