    Join us for the 2013 SHRM Missouri State Conference being held August 7-9, 2013 at The Lodge of Four Seasons! This year's conference will be packed with over keynote, general and concurrent sessions covering a wide range of human resource topics for all levels of practitioners. 

    New this year!

    • Pre-Conference Workshop!  A two day pre-conference workshop "Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt" will be held on Monday and Tuesday, August 5th and 6th.  The session will be facilitated by one of SHRM's most sought after speakers, Dwane Lay.  Click HERE for more information and to register!

    HR Recertification Credit
    The conference has been submitted to the Human Resource Certification Institute for recertification credit.

    Who Should Attend?

    The conference is open to any individual practicing or interested in human resource management professional development.  You do not have to be a SHRM member to attend (although you will receive a $50 discount on your registration!). Conference attendees can join SHRM and receive a $15 discount on your first year of dues. Join online at http://www.shrm.org and use the code 0118.   

    When to Arrive

    The conference kicks off on Tuesday evening with the welcome reception.  The general conference begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

    What to Wear

    The dress is lake casual.  Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  The weather may be extremely hot, and the meeting rooms may be cold -- so dress accordingly.  The Exhibit Hall, where all meals will be served on Wednesday and Thursday is approximately 100 yards from the hotel entrance and is outside.  If rain is predicted, you may wish to bring an umbrella. 

    Where to Stay

    The conference is large enough that all rooms on The Lodge of Four Seasons property will be occupied by conference participants.  Rooms are also available at The Country Club Hotel and Spa and Camden on the Lake. Both are within easy driving distance and shuttles will be available.  Parking onsite at The Lodge of Four Seasons is ample. See the link to the right for additional information.  

    Early Bird Registration

    The Early Bird deadline will be June 15th.  Payment must be received in FULL by this date either by credit card or check (no exceptions).  Registration payments received after this date will be assessed the difference in registration fees.  

    Cancellation Policy

    • Registrations that cancel prior to June 15th will be assessed a $50 penalty. 
    • Registrations that cancel after June 15th and before July 1 will be assessed a $100 penalty.
    • Registrations after July 1 are not eligible for refund.  Registration substitutions will be accepted.
