    Program Description:

Clarifying expectations for both the employer and employees is important to a well-managed organization. Additionally, it is important to understand new direction from the National Labor Relations Board (the “NLRB”) General Counsel in a recently released a memo regarding employers' handbook policies and their predisposition to discourage concerted activity.  We will review that obligation and a number of state laws being enacted throughout the country that can impact employer policy.  This is an opportune time to review current policies and assure you are clearly and legallycommunicating with your employees on important issues.
