    Program Description:

    Attendees will learn about Conflict Management which incorporates multiple scenarios allowing you to practice addressing employee issues from suspected employee theft to personal hygiene focused on the goal of confronting employee issues before they affect the work environment or overall performance.


    Presenter Information:

     Dan Nowalk, Community Action Partnership 

    Daniel A. Nowalk is the Director, Human Resources with Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph (CAPSTJOE), who provides leadership, direction and support for all human resources affairs associated with the three main programs of focus at CAPSTJOE, Head Start, Community Development and Housing & Weatherization. Dan helps directly affect agency success through proactive development and implementation of effective human resource strategies, practices and tools.


    Recertification Information:

    HRMA of Northwest Missouri is recognized by SHRM to offer 1.5 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

    This program will be submitted for 1 General PHR/SPHR/GPHR recertification credit through hrci.org
