    Program Description:

    This is a must see session for Human Resource and Safety Program Managers to learn to proactively recognize the factors that contribute to violence in the workplace and what we can do to promote a safer environment.

    Presenter Information:

     
    Monty W. Miller, LSCSW, Certified Life Coach, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas, a Certified Life Coach,  Certified Professional Coach,  Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Health Care Version,  Certified Developmental Dimensions International Facilitator and a Certified Human Resource Generalist. He is a member of SHRM- National. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned a Master’s degree  in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas.  He has 15 years of experience in leadership development and corporate training.  He has more than twenty-eight years of experience working with inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse clients.  

    Recertification Information:

    HRMA of Northwest Missouri is recognized by SHRM to offer 1.5 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for this event for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.

    This program will be submitted for 1 General PHR/SPHR/GPHR recertification credit through hrci.org
